COS-50 is an environmentally friendly membrane designed to protect and rejuvenate asphalt with a seal coat on chip seal style streets, parking lots, and alleyways. Once potholes are patched and cracked areas are sealed, COS-50 is applied to transform the look of the riding surface from a deteriorated surface to a freshly paved one.
COS-50 not only changes the appearance, but it also seals the riding surface from water penetration, which eliminates freeze thaw that causes potholes and other defects ruining
the integrity of the road. This makes it an ideal product and treatment for cooler and winter temperatures
COS-50 is environmentally friendly as a low VOC Green Product and is UL approval for contact with drinking water
